About the Role
Loop Services is seeking motivated and competitive Freight Brokers to join their dynamic team focusing on the U.S. freight and logistics market. This position involves phone-based sales and relationship management, aimed at developing a strong portfolio, facilitating freight movement, and expanding client accounts. Earnings are performance-linked with high achievers earning up to ₹100,000 monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to facilitate load movement and close deals daily.
- Proactively prospect, evaluate, and convert new clients into repeat business through outbound sales efforts.
- Provide quotes, negotiate rates, and arrange coverage to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM system with consistent discipline.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure fulfillment of commitments and uphold service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills with clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness on phone calls.
- Highly competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings, seeking to align income with effort.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, quick with numbers, and skilled in negotiation.
- Coachability and dependability, able to work in a structured, office-based schedule.
- Previous experience in sales or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
Training Program
All new Sales Representatives undergo a structured two-week induction before handling full targets:
- Week 1: Introduction to product knowledge, market dynamics, system usage, freight processes, and sales principles including tools and call scripts.
- Week 2: Practical selling through live calls, assisted deals, and shadowing, progressing towards independent sales by the end of the period.
Dedicated sales trainers conduct the sessions with regular progress assessments.
Performance Expectations
This role requires meeting specified monthly performance standards to maintain team standing. These targets are clarified during onboarding, continuously monitored, and evaluated with management. Consistent achievement unlocks higher commission brackets and increased earning potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base monthly salary of ₹45,000 fixed.
- Uncapped commission with tiered increases based on performance beyond minimum thresholds.

Working Hours
