Role Overview
The Founders Associate will collaborate closely with the Co-founders and Chief of Staff, handling strategic and operational tasks throughout the company. This position covers diverse areas such as recruitment, strategy formulation, operational workflows, marketing efforts, and refining internal processes. It is a high-impact, hands-on role based in Munich that requires strong initiative, a proactive disposition, and early assumption of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder-Team on cross-departmental strategic and operational projects
- Assist in recruitment activities to support organizational growth through key hires
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to internal workflows
- Lead initiatives spanning operations, marketing, go-to-market strategies, and investor relations
- Design and help implement scalable organizational structures
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or related fields
- Strong eagerness to understand company building and scaling processes
- Highly driven, analytical thinker, and self-starter
- Able to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Available to work full-time onsite in Munich
