Role Overview

The Finance Officer will be an integral part of the hotel's finance team, ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, credit management, reconciliations, and cashiering duties. This role demands rigor in financial controls and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant academic background such as Certificate, Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in administration, finance, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and professional growth within a supportive finance environment.
• Effective communication skills combined with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and adaptability to new software.
