Finance Executive

Role Overview

This part-time Finance Executive position, located in Dubai, offers a hybrid work setup allowing partial remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure they are accurate and comply with regulations and internal policies.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily monitoring of cash flow, and track revenue and expense streams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to inform real estate investment and property management decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate financial operations.
• Assist with tax-related tasks, particularly those concerning GST and other relevant taxes.
• Contribute to enhancements in financial processes and internal control systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong finance and analytical capabilities to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Experience in preparing and managing financial statements and reporting.
• Good understanding of GST and applicable tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software for reporting and analysis.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines within a hybrid work model.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
