Field Technician Supervisor

About the Role

IOT Arsenal is seeking a Field Operations & Installation Supervisor to oversee a team of technicians and helpers based in the Delhi NCR region. The supervisor will be responsible for organizing daily work schedules, delegating installation and service tasks, and ensuring timely completion of customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing daily rosters for field staff
• Assigning installation and service jobs to technicians and helpers
• Monitoring attendance and work progress on the field
• Ensuring timely and quality customer service and installations
• Providing technical training to team members
• Verifying installation quality and compliance standards
• Managing escalations related to field operations
• Maintaining accurate field service reports and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and practical skills
• Proven experience in team supervision and field operation management
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction
• Educational background of ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000
