About the Role

This position focuses on managing large-scale hiring operations primarily for warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and loaders, aiming to recruit 20 to 50 employees weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies for high-volume recruitment ensuring consistent filling of multiple roles weekly.
• Engage in community outreach by developing talent maps, distributing recruitment materials locally, collaborating with community centers, and organizing immediate hiring events.
• Perform rapid candidate screening emphasizing reliability, physical fitness, and alignment with company culture.
• Coordinate on-site with Warehouse Managers to align recruitment with shift requirements and guarantee attendance of new hires on their first working day.
• Handle essential documentation processes such as identity verification, initiating background checks, and managing drug screenings directly at recruitment sites.
• Gather and communicate workforce retention insights by liaising between warehouse personnel and HR to address factors influencing employee retention and attrition.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 INR.
