Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customer locations to professionally collect overdue payments.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their pending dues and payment options.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets while upholding excellent service quality.
• Maintain precise records of collections, customer contacts, and daily visits.
• Submit daily reports and regularly update collection statuses via the company’s system.
• Ensure collected amounts are deposited in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal operations for updates and issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold confidentiality during all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / PUC / Any graduate.
• Welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the allocated territory.
• Honesty, discipline, and target-oriented attitude.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital applications is preferred.
• Ownership of two-wheeler and valid driving license will be given preference.
