FI Recovery & Collection Executive

Job Overview

JIGYASA is in search of a proactive and target-focused FI Recovery & Collection Executive to handle customer EMI collections, manage overdue accounts, and coordinate finance-related follow-ups effectively. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation capabilities to uphold positive customer relations while ensuring prompt payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recovery of overdue EMI payments through face-to-face visits and telephone follow-ups.
• Conduct customer visits for collection and recovery operations within designated geographic areas.
• Liaise with financial institutions, customers, and internal teams to align payment schedules.
• Consistently meet monthly collection and recovery objectives.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers while addressing payment challenges.
• Compile and deliver daily collection updates, visit summaries, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring systematic follow-ups.
• Assist with repossession or initiate legal recovery steps according to organizational policies when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Accounts departments to streamline recovery workflows.
• Support recovery efforts related to both electric vehicles and Safeli Battery products.
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding all collection activities.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and legal requirements governing recovery processes.
