About RSPL Limited
RSPL Limited is searching for enthusiastic and committed Female Coordinators to engage directly with rural communities and empower women through the Self Help Group (SHG) programs. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about fieldwork, community development, and making a lasting social impact.
Role Location and Deployment
The position is located in the Hardoi District of Uttar Pradesh, covering the deployment blocks of Bawan, Hariyawan, Harpalpur, Bilgram, Madhoganj, and Mallawan.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys to identify suitable locations for forming new Self Help Groups (SHGs).
- Establish and nurture relationships with local village leaders, Panchayat officials, and key community members.
- Mobilize women to create SHGs consisting of 10–20 members, and facilitate village meetings to promote group participation.
- Strengthen existing SHGs ensuring active engagement of all members.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for SHG members on product knowledge and conduct awareness and sampling campaigns.
- Foster leadership and community mobilization skills among group members.
- Build and maintain strong connections across assigned villages and blocks to support market development.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to produce informative reports for management.
- Maintain accurate documentation including attendance records, meeting minutes, and updates to the Management Information System (MIS).
- Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Educational qualifications from undergraduates to postgraduates.
- Experience ranging from zero to three years; freshers are welcome.
- Basic proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with smartphones for communication and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of the nearby villages and operational blocks is advantageous.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25 kilometers daily within designated areas.
