F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

The role of F&B Service Expert at Aloft Hotels focuses on delivering more than just meal service. It is about creating a lasting and distinctive experience for guests by combining impeccable food and beverage service with excellent customer interaction. The role includes setting up tables, effective communication with the kitchen staff, serving guests, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas and supplies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with guests to provide exceptional dining experience.
• Set tables and handle guest interactions professionally throughout service.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff for timely and accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Be physically active during shifts, including standing, walking on varied surfaces, lifting objects up to 25 pounds unaided and up to 50 pounds with help, and performing tasks requiring bending, stretching, or stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No mandatory certification or license required.

This position is non-management and full-time, based onsite at Al Ain Square, Al Towayya, Al Ain, UAE.
