Overview

The Factory Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing process of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and associated products. This position is focused on managing daily production workflows to meet targets efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operational activities within the aluminum fabrication facility.
• Plan and distribute workforce, machinery, and materials effectively to align with production schedules.
• Oversee all production phases including fabrication, cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, and packaging.
• Ensure all products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and established quality benchmarks.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary range between INR 18,000 and INR 24,000.
