Role Overview

The Executive Manager Hospitality is responsible for directing and managing all hospitality-related projects and daily operations at Caravans Holding Group's facilities in Tabūk. This leadership role demands the establishment of operational standards, oversight of guest experiences, and ensuring top-quality service across all properties. Key duties involve formulating hospitality strategies in sync with national development goals, managing financial plans and KPIs, mentoring team leaders, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and regulatory protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, development, and daily operations of hospitality services within the group.
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with Vision 2030 and NEOM projects to boost hospitality offerings.
  • Set operational standards and monitor performance metrics to enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets effectively while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor team leaders and coordinate staff training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Establish partnerships with local and international stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning and revenue growth.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and explore new market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven leadership in hospitality management, hotel or resort operations, with ability to lead diverse teams and improve operational outcomes.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, project management, KPI development, budget oversight, and service process enhancement.
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience management, guest service quality, especially in tourism-focused, upmarket environments.
  • Experience in business development, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement within hospitality or related investment sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance procedures in hospitality contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to multicultural environments, and effective collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills highly preferred. Prior regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is beneficial.
