As an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton in Mecca, you will be the key figure in steering daily housekeeping operations while creating warm, memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire housekeeping function including system oversight, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service across guest rooms, public common spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting venues.
• Collaborate closely with Property Operations and various departments on renovation and capital enhancement projects to upgrade facilities.
• Lead and motivate your team, driving performance, fostering professional growth, and encouraging recognition programs that retain talent.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, especially in the correct handling and use of chemicals and cleaning products.
