Job Overview
As an Executive Housekeeper at Hilton in Mecca, you will be the key figure in steering daily housekeeping operations while creating warm, memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire housekeeping function including system oversight, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and policy enforcement.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service across guest rooms, public common spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting venues.
- Collaborate closely with Property Operations and various departments on renovation and capital enhancement projects to upgrade facilities.
- Lead and motivate your team, driving performance, fostering professional growth, and encouraging recognition programs that retain talent.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, especially in the correct handling and use of chemicals and cleaning products.
