About the Role

Mebane Ridge is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead and inspire the organization. This role requires an influential leader who can effectively motivate the entire team and oversee all operational aspects, including financial management, to ensure the community thrives. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming, open-door environment to encourage positive engagement with residents, their families, friends, and staff.
• Lead by example through clear communication and meticulous attention to resident care quality and well-being.
• Establish and uphold rigorous quality standards and nurture strong relationships with residents' families.
• Supervise all operational facets—care services, food management, and facility upkeep—to consistently meet or surpass organizational standards.
• Directly manage recruitment, training, and supervision of a high-performing team.
• Handle financial oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for senior care.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Administrator credential in the applicable state.
• Previous experience as an Executive Director or Administrator is advantageous.
• Proven management experience supervising teams of at least 10 staff, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and daily oversight.
• Track record of managing operating expenses no less than $1 million annually.
• Background in sales or business development preferred, with aptitude for cultivating local partnerships and optimizing pricing strategies to enhance revenue.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of leading small group presentations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude for learning new software applications.
