We are seeking a highly skilled Executive CV Writer to support a remote recruitment enablement team. In this role, you will help experienced professionals strengthen their CVs so they can present their background, achievements, and career story more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
You will work on shaping polished, results-focused CV content that reflects each client’s experience and strengths. This includes turning career details into strong bullet points, customizing documents for different industries, and ensuring every CV is clear, compelling, and professionally structured.
- Develop impactful CV bullet points by analyzing a client’s work history, responsibilities, accomplishments, and career milestones.
- Research industries, job functions, and achievements in depth to fully understand each client’s professional background.
- Review and refine bullet points so they remain sharp, engaging, and professional.
- Make sure every CV accurately communicates the client’s expertise, achievements, and value.
- Maintain a high standard of grammar, punctuation, formatting, and overall presentation.
- Adjust wording, structure, and tone based on the target role, industry, and client preferences.
- Work with internal teams to improve CV development workflows and stay aligned with company expectations.
- Partner with clients to collect feedback and apply revisions through an iterative process.
- Write tailored summaries that highlight core strengths and unique professional value.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring a strong writing background, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to create professional CVs that are both concise and persuasive. Experience with recruitment, career coaching, and ATS-friendly CVs will be valuable. The role also requires strong research skills, flexibility across industries, and careful attention to detail.
Eligibility
