About the Role

An expanding and forward-thinking creative firm is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to act as the chief support to the company founder. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client research and systematically organize prospective leads.
Maintain and keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date.
Execute outreach efforts targeted at clients.
Take comprehensive meeting notes and distribute them promptly.
Manage the executive's calendar and arrange travel plans.
Handle personal assistant tasks such as running errands and scheduling appointments.
Plan and coordinate special events like the company's annual retreat.
Investigate and implement new tools including artificial intelligence solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of two years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Comfortable using artificial intelligence technologies in the workflow.
Prior familiarity with HubSpot CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
Must reside in Los Angeles and be available for occasional in-person meetings.
Seeking a committed individual interested in a long-term EA position rather than pursuing rapid advancement in the entertainment sector.

Additional Information

This position is fully remote; however, applicants should be based in Los Angeles due to periodic team meetups throughout the month. Candidates are encouraged to submit applications promptly for immediate evaluation.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually.
