Role overview
FF Inc is hiring a proactive Events Assistant in New York, NY to support the planning and delivery of in-person events and promotional activations. This full-time onsite position is well suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, working with people, and helping events run smoothly from preparation through wrap-up.
What you’ll do
- Get event collateral, equipment, and supplies ready before each activation.
- Assist with setup on site, including staging, signage placement, and dismantling after the event.
- Greet attendees, respond to questions, and offer helpful customer support.
- Help manage crowd movement, queues, and overall guest flow.
- Track stock levels and replenish promotional items when needed.
- Work with teammates and event leads to handle issues quickly on site.
- Keep the venue tidy, organized, and consistent with brand presentation standards.
- Capture attendance, engagement figures, or other information requested by leadership.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors about schedules, expectations, and event updates.
