Estate Manager

Position Overview

Westend Heights Condominium Association, a distinguished residential society covering over 5 acres and featuring approximately 400 apartments along with amenities such as a clubhouse and swimming pool, is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee its operational and property management functions.

Key Duties

• Oversee all estate operations including maintenance, security measures, and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage property-related activities such as handling repairs, maintaining resident relationships, and overseeing electrical generation and distribution, water supply, security personnel, landscaping, and housekeeping services.
