As an Entrepreneur in Residence based in Berlin, you will collaborate directly with founders to transform ideas into viable products and scalable businesses. This role offers significant ownership and the flexibility to explore and shape new ventures from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate new business opportunities in nascent stages.
• Lead the launch of new products and ventures from ground zero to market entry.
• Manage product strategy, execution processes, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams.
• Use artificial intelligence to speed up research and streamline execution.
• Engage with users, gather feedback, iterate rapidly, and base decisions on data insights.
• Take full ownership from the initial concept through to product launch.

Candidate Profile

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to execute effectively.
• Enthusiastic about building products right from the ground up.
• Proficient and comfortable integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Highly curious, resourceful, and motivated to work independently.
• Thrives in dynamic environments requiring agile ownership and responsibility.
• Prior startup experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience founding a startup, managing a side project, or running an online business.
• Knowledge or experience with Web3 technologies, artificial intelligence, or SaaS platforms.
• Background in product management, software engineering, business development, or growth roles.
• Membership or involvement in entrepreneurial communities such as CODE University or WHU.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary between €80,000 and €110,000.
