About the Role

Singapore Medical Group, a reputable medical practice located in Singapore, is currently recruiting for the position of Enrolled Nurse. This on-site role involves a combination of clinical assistance, administrative support, and patient care coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic functions to maintain efficiency, compliance, and superior patient services.
• Carry out essential administrative responsibilities such as managing insurance, Medisave and MediShield claims, procurement, maintenance, and licensing documentation.
• Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, monitor inventory levels, and uphold service quality standards.
• Assist with billing, provide financial counselling, and manage subsidies following established policies.
• Order and maintain adequate medicine stocks; dispense medications and ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures for medication administration.
• Set and manage patient expectations while ensuring delivery of high-quality medical care and customer service.
• Serve as doctor’s chaperone and prepare patients for examinations as required.
• Support doctors during treatments and medical examinations.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation norms, and internal policies.
• Engage in additional projects or duties as designated by clinic management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of NITEC, Diploma in Nursing, or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Previous experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong communication abilities.
• A committed customer-service orientation focused on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently navigate a fast-paced work environment.
