Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building services trades, actively participating in planning, tendering, and awarding contracts while managing construction supervision during the expansion phases.
- Coordinate, plan, manage, and monitor construction activities specifically in electrical engineering domains.
- Manage and ensure seamless cooperation with subcontractors and external partners handling their services.
- Maintain quality standards by conducting regular quality inspections and overseeing building acceptance procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical qualification such as a master craftsman or technician certification.
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Focus on achieving results efficiently while managing costs effectively.
- Demonstrate strong commitment, initiative, and willingness to engage fully in tasks.
- Capable of working independently with a high level of personal responsibility, complemented by teamwork abilities.
