Role Overview
The company is seeking a motivated and seasoned Channel Manager to lead and grow channel partnerships throughout the EMEA region. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and empowering value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners to accelerate pipeline generation and support regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement a growth strategy for channel development targeting key EMEA territories.
- Identify and recruit channel partners that align with the company's go-to-market approach.
- Establish and sustain strong partner relationships, acting as the primary liaison.
- Provide training, sales resources, and marketing collaboration to enable partners effectively.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and foster joint pipeline creation.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track partner performance and business impact.
- Represent the company during partner meetings, industry conferences, and events across EMEA.
- Keep informed on industry trends, market changes, and developments in the cybersecurity competitive landscape.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing partner relationships across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Deep understanding of reseller and distributor dynamics in the cybersecurity domain.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEA region as necessary.
