Role and Responsibilities

• Perform both breakdown and preventive maintenance activities effectively.
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills for PLC systems, CNC machinery, and FANUC Welding and Handling Robots.
• Expertise in diagnosing issues with hydraulic presses and special purpose machines such as butt welding and testing equipment.
• Develop and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly plans.
• Plan and allocate resources required for conducting preventive maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance and manage shift-related activities.
• Focus on controlling and improving Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) during shifts.
• Initiate and execute Kaizen activities aimed at continuous improvement and participate in cost-saving initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering and hold 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in the field.
