Electric Vehicle Workshop Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle (EV) Workshop Technician to join our teams located in Mohan Estate (New Delhi), Gurugram, and Ghazipur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in EV or automobile workshops. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electric vehicles to ensure their optimal performance.

Key Duties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain various electric vehicles.
• Carry out routine servicing, conduct inspections, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and batteries.
• Repair or replace EV parts including motors, controllers, brakes, suspensions, and wiring systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to detect faults and confirm repair quality.
• Adhere strictly to workshop safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess an ITI or Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience working in EV or automobile workshops is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle systems such as batteries, motors, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
