Position Overview

The Educator position is critical to lululemon's retail success. Educators deliver outstanding customer service, connecting with guests to provide expert product knowledge and authentically represent the brand culture and community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage guests promptly to ensure an exceptional shopping experience that respects their time.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored purchase and return options.
  • Deliver detailed technical product information emphasizing benefits and value.
  • Seamlessly manage transactions and activate relevant omnichannel initiatives such as online ordering and in-store pickup according to company guidelines.
