Role Overview

Global Bridge is seeking a driven Education Marketing Consultant fluent in Japanese to aid in expanding our presence within the Japanese-speaking market. This multifaceted position combines client consultation, customer engagement, strategic business growth, and digital marketing to assist Japanese students and young professionals in exploring educational and career prospects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential Japanese clients via social media, email, and online consultations.
• Offer guidance concerning education, vocational training, and overseas opportunities in Australia.
• Establish and maintain relationships with students, working holiday participants, and young professionals.
• Support inquiries through to enrolment completion and conduct follow-ups to sustain strong client connections.
• Recognize market demands and provide insightful market analysis.
• Contribute to developing strategies aimed at growing the Japanese market segment.
• Assist in building partnerships and enhancing community engagement.
• Research trends in education, migration, careers, and working holidays.
• Strengthen Global Bridge's visibility within the Japanese community.
• Create and adapt content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and websites tailored to the Japanese audience.
• Translate promotional content into natural Japanese for marketing efforts.
• Support social media campaigns and community interaction.
• Assist with branding initiatives and campaign performance evaluation.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Strong interpersonal and client consultation capabilities.
• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or consulting roles.
• Comfortable using social media as a communication tool.
• Familiarity with graphic and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Interest and awareness in fields like education, migration, studying abroad, or career progression.
