Role Overview
We seek a motivated Early Careers Specialist to join our Talent Management team. This role supports workforce planning, drives talent acquisition and development focused on early career hires, and ensures onboarding processes that promote retention and engagement. The position involves partnership with hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs while building a sustainable talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Assist in workforce planning by collecting data on hiring requirements and team capacities, generating reports on turnover, retention, and productivity to direct recruitment efforts.
- Support sourcing strategies through market research and identifying external talent across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with business teams to design and manage assessment centers ensuring alignment with role expectations and high recruitment integrity.
- Maintain quality hiring standards by ensuring candidates meet all role criteria and support timely recruitment processes.
- Build strong relationships with campus partners, candidates, and internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment and retention.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout recruitment and facilitate onboarding initiatives that integrate new hires successfully during their first year.
- Support early-career talent development programs aimed at preparing future leaders and enhancing organizational capability.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and management information system reports to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Management, preferably Human Resources Management.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, especially trends in generics recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and analytical skills with capability to understand business needs and adapt hiring approaches accordingly.
- Familiarity with early career hiring practices and talent planning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
