We invite qualified mental health professionals committed to providing high-quality, confidential, and culturally sensitive counselling services throughout the UAE to apply.

  • Manage appointment requests for structured counselling sessions via telephone, video, or face-to-face, within the specified timelines.
  • Offer empathetic guidance, education on coping mechanisms, and stress management strategies suited to each client.

Privacy and Professional Conduct

  • Manage all client cases professionally, adhering strictly to ethical codes and standards.
  • Document client details, session notes, and treatment plans within 24 hours post-session on a designated web portal.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records securely in the system.

  • Possess at least two years of post-qualification clinical or EAP counselling experience.
  • Have current professional licenses from relevant UAE health authorities (e.g., CDA, DHA, DOH, DCD, MOHAP).
  • Carry valid Medical Malpractice and/or Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Available to work shifts totaling up to 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

  • Employment is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential renewal or extension.
  • Flexible shiftwork arrangement allowing work from preferred locations with necessary equipment (mobile phone, laptop, internet).
  • Face-to-face counselling sessions are required when requested, conducted at client’s or company’s office in Dubai.
  • Payment is monthly based on the number of sessions recorded in the web portal each month.
