Overview

Talent Founder Consultancy Services is hiring an organized and proactive E-commerce Executive to oversee daily operations of online marketplaces and the company website based in Lucknow. This role requires handling product listings, maintaining inventory, processing orders, updating catalogs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide a smooth e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings on the company website and external marketplaces.
• Regularly upload and update product details including images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Track inventory quantities and coordinate stock replenishments.
• Efficiently handle online order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse staff, and customer support to ensure prompt order delivery.
• Monitor sales data and compile periodic performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations and standards.
• Support the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns.
• Quickly resolve any issues related to product listings or order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations.
• Practical experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or Shopify is favored.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities coupled with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving work environment.
