As a Driver and Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics and distribution operations by ensuring timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management. Key Responsibilities

Uphold the company's positive image by maintaining a professional demeanor with customers at all times.
Ensure personal and vehicle presentation meet company standards consistently.
Plan delivery routes thoughtfully to optimize time and cost-efficiency while addressing customer-specific needs.
Safely load and unload vehicles, considering product dimensions, weight, and delivery sequence.
Monitor local areas to identify and report potential new business prospects.
Adhere strictly to legal requirements, health and safety policies, and company procedures concerning vehicle operation to protect all stakeholders.
Support branch networks by promoting products and services and guiding customers on vehicle use, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

Possession of a valid Category C driver's license and a CPC license is mandatory.
Experience in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments.
Competency in handling manual equipment and operating safety harnesses.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and stock management procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Keen attention to detail paired with analytical skills for precise inventory tracking.
Proficient in essential mathematics required for inventory and record maintenance.
Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices in logistics.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and prepare internal reports.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and system use.
Physical ability to handle a variety of products safely during loading and unloading.
Resilience and adaptability to work under dynamic and pressure conditions.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of warehousing systems is an advantage.
