Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Driver (m/f/d) for blood collection at our Serba location, Thuringia, Germany.

Primary Duties

• Setting up, preparing, and wrapping up blood donation appointments at diverse and changing locations.
• Performing basic medical support tasks related to blood collection.
• Assisting and attending to blood donors during sessions.
• Collaborating closely with volunteer helpers.
• Your work predominantly starts at midday at the Serba base, followed by travel to the respective donation site.

Career Growth Opportunities

Advancement to a blood collection specialist (Punktionskraft) position is available. Depending on your qualifications, further progression to a team leadership role is possible.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training.
• Valid driver's license class C or C1; obtaining class CE license may be facilitated through qualified induction by the blood donation service, contingent on individual assessment.
• Previous professional driving experience and confident driving skills are advantageous.
• Strong interest in engaging with people.
• Highly sociable with a pleasant demeanor.
