Role Overview

This position is responsible for delivering orders to dispensaries efficiently while following company processes, state compliance rules, and safety standards. It is a hands-on, fast-moving role that includes frequent lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages weighing at least 50 lbs, along with safe operation of cargo vans and regular vehicle entry and exit under tight timelines.

Key Duties

  • Keep outgoing orders accurate and ensure all activities remain aligned with state regulations.
  • Load the van with product for delivery and unload items for customers.
  • Inspect company vehicles and related supplies regularly to support safe travel.
  • Take vehicles for scheduled maintenance as required.
  • Track the daily inventory loaded onto the van.
  • Prepare and maintain records according to company procedures and state compliance rules when the Compliance Admin is unavailable.
  • Make sure manifests are fully complete and accurate.
  • Use delivery routes prepared by the Compliance Administrator; if no admin is available, create and manage delivery routing yourself.
  • Handle standard customer issues and act as the communication link between the company and the customer, including reporting concerns in an end-of-shift update.
