About the Role

Finbar's Irish Pub in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishwashing machines.
• Hand wash large items that cannot be cleaned by machines.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and equipment surfaces.
• Unload and properly store dishes, glassware, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, mornings, days, and weekends.
• Must be available for on-call work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must meet the language requirements for the position (English).
