Overview
Dubai Holding invites applications for the role of Director - People Strategy & Analytics to lead strategic workforce initiatives within its People Department. This position plays a pivotal role in managing the People Department's PMO, executing people strategies, overseeing workforce analytics, and driving HR transformation and technology advancements at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the People Department PMO, ensuring strong governance, coordinated programme delivery, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage a comprehensive People transformation roadmap and portfolio of strategic projects.
- Implement governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure strategic initiative progress.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and leadership team to translate strategies into actionable programmes.
- Provide enterprise-wide workforce analytics and develop dashboards to guide business and talent decisions.
- Analyze workforce data including trends, productivity, organizational health, and talent risks to inform decision-making.
- Lead HR transformation efforts including process redesign, operating model evolution, policy updates, system enhancements, and new ways of working.
- Partner with Technology teams to advance HR digital roadmaps, automation, and AI adoption aligned with governance principles.
- Produce executive-level workforce reports and insights for senior leadership to track strategic objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with business and people leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Applicant Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in People Strategy, Workforce Analytics, HR Transformation, Organization Effectiveness, or related fields.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes and leading strategic initiatives within large, multi-business organizations.
- Expertise in workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, and presentation of insights to senior executives.
- Experience in management consulting, transformation, or HR technology, including AI and digital enablement, is highly beneficial.
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree such as MBA or MSc.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology/Digital Transformation are advantageous.
