Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit reports, Transfer Pricing Audit reports, and other legally required tax documentation.
- Engage in discussions with auditors and various stakeholders regarding tax-related matters.
- Conduct reconciliation of income and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per Form 26AS, Annual Information Statement (AIS), and Tax Information Summary (TIS) against company books of accounts.
- Prepare submissions and review detailed information for scrutiny assessments, inquiries, and notice handling.
- Draft necessary submissions for filing with tax authorities and respond promptly to issued notices.
- Prepare appeal documents and submit them to appellate authorities when necessary.
- File online and offline rectification applications and stay of demand applications as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in any specialization.
