Role Overview
The Department Manager will lead and motivate a high-performing team while supporting the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and deliver excellent customer service. Your role involves hands-on leadership, inspiring your team through effective coaching, and ensuring your department meets high visual merchandising standards and maintains optimal stock levels. You will be accountable for achieving departmental KPIs and leveraging commercial insight to boost sales outcomes.

- Manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
