Domino's Pizza, a leading pizza delivery company, is expanding its team in Jackson, TN, and hiring Delivery Experts immediately. Offering flexible working hours with options for part-time and full-time shifts, drivers at Domino's generally earn over $20 per hour, inclusive of wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement.

Job Details

Delivery Drivers have the choice to use their personal vehicles, supported by an adjustable mileage reimbursement covering fuel and other auto-related expenses, or opt to drive company-provided vehicles. To utilize company cars, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a minimum of 2 years driving history, and maintain a clean driving record. The role incorporates advanced technology to enable fast and safe deliveries, ensuring efficiency and higher earnings. Drivers can make multiple deliveries within a designated area per shift while following strict quality control and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record verified through Motor Vehicle Report.
• Reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance if using personal vehicle.
• Good navigational abilities to locate addresses using maps in assigned delivery zones.
• Capability to navigate complex terrain including multi-story buildings and up to five flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, perform repetitive tasks, and operate effectively under pressure.
• Strong judgment, decision-making abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature fluctuations (store temps can range from 36 to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit).
• Possible exposure to food odors including cornmeal dust, hot surfaces reaching 500+ degrees, and mechanical equipment.
• Physical tasks include walking, carrying pizzas and drinks, climbing stairs, bending, reaching (both above and below head height), and hand coordination activities such as shaping dough and handling pizza tools.
• Regular use of eye-hand coordination, including grasping and pinching during box assembly and ingredient handling.
• Hearing and talking skills necessary for communication (especially telephone use), as well as depth perception and vision suitable for driving both day and night.
