Deli Clerk (Full-time or Part-time)

Overview

Country Grocer in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, is seeking a motivated Deli Clerk to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves working behind the deli service counter to serve customers and prepare various fresh foods including salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and platters with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the deli counter by packaging and wrapping freshly prepared foods.
• Restock the deli display cases and prepare special customer orders during downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the deli area, performing additional duties as required.

• On-the-job training will be provided to applicants without prior experience.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges between CA$18.25 and CA$22.00.
