About the Role
Join Berribot as a D365 CRM Developer and become a part of our Dynamics 365 delivery team, focusing on creating, customizing, and deploying CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement for enterprises across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, including plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript development.
- Work extensively with functional modules such as Sales, Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights within D365.
- Develop solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance business processes.
- Manage the full cycle of delivery from design through deployment, ensuring thorough unit testing and effective release management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications like PL-200, PL-900, or AZ-900 are advantageous.
- Experience with Azure integrations such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions is a plus.
Additional Information
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy addressing CRM challenges through coding and want to contribute to large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects. The position is full-time and based onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, but open to candidates across India.
