Position Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Customer Success Manager working remotely. It offers a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week with a pay range of $40 to $70 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and enhance AI training scenarios alongside customer support workflows tailored for various applications.
- Lead and mentor teams comprising operational and customer success analysts to uphold standards and achieve top performance.
- Work collaboratively across departments to provide valuable insights that improve customer engagement and refine AI training results.
- Examine workflow data and customer interactions by leveraging platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Design and update customer service scenarios, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures based on practical situations encountered.
- Offer clear and constructive feedback to operational teams, championing ongoing improvement efforts.
- Coordinate team tasks and enhance productivity remotely through Slack, Gmail, and calendar management tools.
Requirements
- Proven substantial experience in Customer Success Management or comparable roles, including leadership of Customer Success or operational analyst teams.
- Extensive expertise with customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow.
- Capability to design and implement effective AI training tasks, workflows, and real-life scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable measures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for feedback delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and advanced calendar management techniques.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to thrive in dynamic, technology-focused settings.
