Customer Success Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking Customer Success Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves providing effective and empathetic support to customers through various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand and address their concerns effectively.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly, providing appropriate solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Show empathy and patience when assisting customers who may be frustrated or confused to foster a positive support experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adjust to evolving tools, processes, and customer requirements in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Must be fluent in English along with proficiency in one additional language such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam.
• Educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
