Role Overview

Johnsons Workwear is looking to hire a Customer Service Co-ordinator based in Hadleigh, England. This role blends practical, on-site customer service duties with essential coordination and communication tasks to uphold service quality and foster excellent customer relationships.

Key Duties

Measure and install uniforms and garments for new customer accounts, renewals, and additional orders, including initial garment fitting.
Maintain and service towel cabinets and other rental equipment to comply with company standards.
Manage loading and unloading of vehicles and correctly organizing items at client locations.
Perform stock audits as requested.
Cultivate and sustain constructive working relationships with customers.
Spot business growth opportunities and report them to management.
Work closely with the Customer Service department and assist the wider team when necessary.
Carry out other supportive tasks to aid operational or customer service functions as needed.
