About the Role

Golden Refrigeration Co. is hiring a diligent and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to oversee the entire back office functions at our BOSCH Service Centre in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and timely follow-ups
Providing customer relationship management and support
Monitoring and pursuing outstanding payments
Scheduling and booking service calls efficiently
Assigning tasks to technicians and conducting daily progress reviews
Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution
Preparing MIS reports, entering data, and managing documentation
Coordinating office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in an AC or home appliance service centre is preferred
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and basic computer operations
Demonstrated ability to follow up persistently and work autonomously

Salary & Location

The offered compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience. The position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
