Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. This position involves professional communication with customers over phone calls, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Respond professionally to inbound customer queries.
• Clearly explain products and services to clients and generate sales leads.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to nurture relationships.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update leads and coordinate customer needs.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets as set by the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet browsing, and email.
• Positive demeanor with persuasive communication skills.
• Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
