Role Summary
This position is for a highly organized, proactive Creative Operations Associate who will work closely with the Head of Creative Operations. The role supports a fast-growing agency by helping coordinate work across departments, improving systems, strengthening quality control, and stepping in with hands-on execution when needed.
Because the Head of Creative Operations connects the agency’s two core offerings—UGC Ads and Viral Launches—this role requires someone who can move comfortably between teams and help keep projects moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on supporting operations across creative and marketing teams, building better workflows, and maintaining high execution standards.
- Assist the Head of Creative Operations with coordination between performance marketing and launch strategy teams.
- Help develop, organize, and improve process systems, including the adoption of new AI tools across teams to boost efficiency.
- Review outputs as a quality checkpoint and help uphold a consistently high standard across client work and deliverables.
- Take on project management and execution work during busy periods or when extra support is needed so deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented operator who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and helping teams work more effectively.
- A strong operations mindset with a preference for building order, improving processes, and increasing team efficiency.
- Background or familiarity with agency, creative, or marketing workflows, including performance media, UGC, and launch campaigns.
- Comfort using modern project management tools and interest in applying AI to streamline creative operations.
- Ability to adapt quickly, switch priorities when needed, and stay effective in a high-growth environment.
- Very strong attention to detail and a commitment to catching issues before they affect delivery quality.
