Overview

We aim to appoint a hands-on Creative Head to spearhead the digital rebranding and social media presence of Escape Academy. This role requires a creative professional capable of conceptualizing, designing, editing, and publishing magnetic content that bolsters our brand presence across different platforms.

Job Location and Language

This is a hybrid position based in Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam, India. Fluency in both Telugu and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the creative rebranding initiatives of Escape Academy's digital channels.
Create captivating social media posts, banners, carousels, and promotional graphics.
Edit superior quality videos, including reels and shorts, for channels such as Instagram and YouTube.
Establish and adhere to a consistent social media posting schedule.
Design monthly content calendars and devise innovative creative campaigns.
Ensure all produced content aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
Keep abreast of current design trends, evolving social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
Skilled in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalents.
Strong grasp of branding principles, social media marketing, and content strategies.
Ability to shoot and direct employee videos or testimonials to produce high-quality visual content.
Exceptional creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with consistent execution of content.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing is essential.

Preferred Experience

Two to five or more years in branding, social media, or creative design roles.
Experience managing social media for brands or startups.
Additional skills in photography, videography, or motion graphics are advantageous.

Salary

Compensation will be negotiable based on prior experience and current compensation details, if available.
