Copywriter

Role Overview

The Herbalist seeks a dedicated Copywriter to manage all the brand's messaging across multiple platforms including Meta and Google advertisements, website content, and the email marketing program within Klaviyo. This position demands an expert in persuasive and analytical writing, focusing on conversion optimization rather than typical content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling ad copy for Google and Meta platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize email automation flows in Klaviyo, covering welcome messages, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase communication, and win-back campaigns.
• Continuously conduct A/B split testing on elements like subject lines and hooks within Klaviyo to enhance performance.
• Create targeted campaign emails for product launches and promotional activities.
• Refine website and product page text to maximize conversion rates.
• Monitor and report monthly on the effectiveness of hooks, headlines, and advertising assets in driving sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years experience in direct-response copywriting within the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors.
• Proven track record in independently creating and managing email marketing flows and campaigns that generate measurable revenue.
• Highly self-driven, efficient, and proactive work approach.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with supplements, wellness, or fitness brand marketing.
• Experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms.
• Expertise in landing page or conversion rate optimization copywriting.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience with SMS marketing campaigns.
