Role Overview: Contracts Site Manager
Key duties include:
- Overseeing contract administration by reviewing and assisting with Scope of Work documents, planning negotiations, conducting commercial assessments, and managing RFx/RFI procedures.
- Managing operational and production activities, enhancing equipment efficiency and product quality, and applying production and quality control monitoring systems.
- Establishing and nurturing supplier relationships, handling change orders and submissions, performing price analyses, and benchmarking to elevate industry standards.
- Leading and communicating with the site team; recruiting, training, assessing staff; maintaining consistent communication with the main office and providing precise project reports.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience in contract administration.
- Minimum 1 year of involvement in the construction field or procurement of heavy machinery, such as generators or air handling units.
- Three-plus years engaging with RFx/RFI documentation and management.
- Solid understanding of raw materials, production techniques, quality assurance methods, and ability to interpret technical blueprints.
- A demonstrated talent for working efficiently in dynamic, high-pressure environments managing competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 10 years of comprehensive procurement and contract management experience, particularly with technology-driven enterprise clients.
- Good grasp of machinery, tools, design methods, and mechanical or infrastructure systems.
- Proven capacity to form strong cross-departmental partnerships and manage time autonomously.
- Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, including influencing and persuasion.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an annual salary ranging between 145000 and 155000 USD, subject to variations based on location, experience, and skills.
