Job Roles and Responsibilities
We have multiple openings including Content Strategist, Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, HR Officer, Account Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Affiliate Manager, each with distinct responsibilities as described below.
Content Strategist
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publishing of content.
- Assign blog writing tasks to relevant writers.
- Identify gaps in content and propose new topics.
- Develop style guides for consistent content creation.
- Proofread and revise written material before publication.
- Pre-schedule social media posts for timely release.
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to align content with audience needs.
- Monitor website metrics including traffic and user engagement such as conversions and bounce rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance articles with illustrations.
- Stay abreast of industry news and innovate fresh content themes.
- Review and update published content as necessary.
- Support in resolving disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain personnel records complying with policies and regulations. Ensure legal compliance regarding employment and work conditions.
Digital Marketing Executive
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the marketing team while keeping updated on latest industry standards.
- Manage budget planning and ROI/KPI tracking for digital initiatives.
- Maintain effective functioning of all company social media platforms.
- Oversee SEO and Google Analytics integration to optimize online content.
- Develop inbound marketing strategies and forecast sales performance trends.
- Motivate and direct the digital marketing team to meet objectives.
- Analyze competition and suggest improvements.
Social Media Manager
- Research current market trends and audience preferences.
- Create and apply social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Set measurable goals and monitor ROI.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content including text, images, videos, and news.
- Track SEO and website traffic data.
- Work with other departments to maintain brand consistency.
- Engage with followers and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.

HR Officer
