Role Overview

As a Content Creator, you will be one of three creative professionals who represent Publer on social media. Your role involves producing captivating video content that educates, entertains, and demonstrates how Publer simplifies social media management. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and oversee the entire content production pipeline from conception to release.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore trends, influencers, and content possibilities within the social media landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas.
• Transform product features and updates into compelling narratives.
• Develop scripts, record, and edit both short and long-form video content.
• Distribute and optimize content across various social media channels.
• Analyze content performance metrics to enhance future creations.
• Work jointly with marketing, design, and product departments.
• Represent Publer in campaigns, interviews, and public events.
• Oversee and engage with Publer’s online community across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Reddit.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident and natural presence on camera.
• Proficiency in video filming and editing techniques.
• Strong storytelling aptitude and ability to craft catchy hooks.
• Capability to simplify and engage audiences with explanations of software and complex concepts.
• Insight into social media content performance factors.
• Creative thinking, self-driven initiative, and eagerness to explore new ideas.
• Adaptability to experiment, learn from analytics, and pivot accordingly.
• Up-to-date knowledge on social media, marketing trends, AI, and technological advances.
• Dependable, well-organized, and consistent in delivering quality results on schedule.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
